Cultivating mindfulness is an ongoing process that grows and evolves with the changing phases of our lives. We meet our capacity for presence each day in countless ways, in our relationships, our work and as we meet life’s inevitable phases of challenge and change.
Sustaining Practice builds on the foundation of the 8-week MBSR or Individual Mindfulness Training programs with short courses and workshops focused on specific topics related to deepening practice and fostering mindfulness in relationship to self, others and the environment.
