MBSR is an eight-week stress reduction program teaching mindfulness meditation and awareness practices that have been shown to dramatically decrease stress and improve well -being for individuals with a wide range of concerns.
Cultivating mindfulness is one of the most beneficial and direct paths to living with more balance and ease. This four-week class teaches core methods in mindfulness meditation with a focus on developing the habit of practice to make mindfulness a foundation for each day.
Individual Mindfulness Training offers flexibility, focused support and a way to tailor your Stress-Reduction Program to fit your specific schedule, needs and goals. Each session includes individual instruction, practice, and support to make mindfulness part of your every~day.
This series of classes and workshops offers graduates of the MBSR, Foundations or Individual Mindfulness Training an opportunity to explore aspects of practice in more depth with a focus on deepening and broadening connections to self, others and the environment.
Movement is integral to life ~ Our bodies are designed to move, and when we move in ways that support increased presence and pleasure, we feel better. Bringing mindfulness to movement enriches moment-to-moment experience in countless ways ~ explore mindfulness-in-motion!
