Sustaining Practice

At the end of an 8-week mindfulness course, students often ask “What’s next?”  If you’re looking for ways to to sustain and support your mindfulness practice, join us each month for this informal gathering of practice and discussion. These sessions are open to alumni of the 8-week MBSR course and are taught by rotating MBSR instructors from the Portland area.

1st Sundays 4:00- 5:30 pm 

Cost: Suggested donation $10-$20  - *Open to graduates of the 8-week MBSR course.
