Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

 

The first step to participating in an MBSR Class is to attend a free Orientation session. Find out about mindfulness and MBSR, meet the instructor, ask any questions you may have and learn how mindfulness can bring more balance into your daily life. *Orientation required prior to registration.  More about MBSR
