Treat yourself to a new view of what mindfulness practice can look like. Beginning with simple standing poses we prepare for guided sitting meditation, and close each session with restorative poses to promote balance and relaxation.

This is a special retreat offering just for graduates of the 8-week MBSR class - Join us for a day of practice, renewal and reflection - MBSR alumni are invited to participate in this day of silent retreat - reconnecting through mindfulness, presence and community.
