Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

Fall 2018

  • When: September 16 - November 11
  • Sundays, 10:00 am  - 12:15 pm
  • Where:  Gem Studio
  • Program Cost: $425 (register by 9/9) - $475 (after 9/9)
  • Tuition includes 8-week course, full day retreat, practice manual and guided MP3 recordings

MBSR is an 8-week program teaching practical methods to become more present, mindful and resilient to stress. More than 30 years of research supports MBSR’s effectiveness, helping individuals meet the challenges and demands of modern living with more balance, ease and peace of mind each day. Learn more about MBSR

Attend an Orientation

The first step to enrolling in an MBSR course is to attend a free orientation session. Fall Course Orientations:  Sundays  9/2 or 9/ 9  (10:00 - 11:30 AM)

  • When: 4th Sunday of each Month, 4:00 – 5:30 pm  
  •  No Session July & August - Resumes September 23rd
  • Where: The DAYA Foundation
  • Rotating Instructors 
  • Suggested Donation $10-$20

This 5-week course for students who have completed the Foundations in Mindfulness  or Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) class brings mindfulness to the science of emotions, resilience and cultivating compassion.
